Charges were dismissed in R.B.'s felony drug matter in Racine, after concerns about the Confidential Informant's reliability were challenged in pretrial proceedings. Attorney Dimmer carefully reviewed the video of the purported transaction and discovered that the CI's statements were unsupported by the video. Moreover, the video did not account for nearly two hours after the so-called transaction when the CI gave third-parties a ride elsewhere. Great work requires thorough review of the discovery!
